Alcohol is good for our health when we consume it in limited quantity. Alcohol will increase the amount of good cholesterol (HDL) in our blood stream and help to decrease blood clots, by diluting blood and reduce the incidence of heart diseases and strokes.
Beer contains alcohol of a small percentage and it is a wholesome drink made from natural ingredients like barley. Drinking beer in moderation is good for health. Beer also contains Vitamin B 6, which will prevent the building up of an amino acid called “homocyseine” which is one of the causes of heart diseases.
