How to Prepare Chicken Soup

Ingredients:-

chicken pieces: 100 grams

water : 1 litre

onion : 1 big size finely chopped

green chilies : 1 finely chopped

garlic paste : 1 teaspoon

egg white : 1 whisked

vinegar : 1 tablespoon

corn-flour : 2 tablespoons

salt& pepper : to taste

Method of Preparation:-

Mix all the above ingredients, except corn-flour, in a cooking pot.
Cover and cook in medium flame till the chicken pieces are cooked.
Separate out the chicken pieces and de-bone them.
Put the boneless chicken back into the stock.

In a bowl, take some stock just enough to mix the corn-flour.
Mix well and add to the stock.
Cook on high flame while stirring for about 2 minutes.
Season with fresh coriander leaves.

Delicious Chicken Soup is ready. Serve hot with pepper powder and salt.
